Registration
Q. Can I pay by cheque for registration or for exhibitor dues?
A. Yes. Please make cheques out to KWSQA2 and mail them to our mailbox. The mail address is listed in the About Us Section.
Q. If I register as a member of KWSQA do I have to prove it at the conference?
A. After registration we cross check KWSQA registrants with our member list.
Q. What methods of payment do you accept for registration?
A. Our online registration site accepts VISA and MasterCard. For cheque based payments please contact us at conference@kwsqa.org to arrange alternate corporate cheque payment and invoicing. Sorry, we do not currently accept American Express.
Q. I need to register 14 attendees but the online registration only allows 10 at a time. What can I do?
A. Please contact us at conference@kwsqa.org to arrange alternate methods of registration. We can process corporate cheques by invoice.
Q. How can I register for one of the workshops?
A. Workshop registration will occur the day of the conference upon sign-in.
Q. Do I need to register for specific speakers or tracks before the conference?
A. You can decide on the day of the conference which speakers you want to see.

Q. Do you have a preview of the lunch menu at all?
A. The lunch will be buffet style and will accomodate all dietary requirements.
Q. Where is the Targeting Quality Assurance conference being held?
A. The conference is being held in the St George Hall in Waterloo, Ontario.

Q. Will there be a lunch?
A. Yes. We will have a fantastic buffet style lunch followed by our very special keynote.
Q. What if I have special or cultural dietary needs?
A. When filling out the online registration you will have the option to choose dietary options such as Kosher, Halal, lactose intolerance, etc. When lunch is served we will do our best to meet all dietary needs.
Q. Is there wheelchair access to the conference facilities?
A. The main conference facilities have wheelchair access but unfortunately the boot camp sessions are held on the second floor which do not have access for wheelchairs.
